MDM SQL rights

Hey guys,

I am busy planning our MDM infrastructure and have decided to host the 3 SQL DBs on our corporate SQL Cluster. As I am not the admin of these SQL servers, the SQL guys are requesting a list of rights required for these DBs.
I can't seem to find it in the MDM technet docs.

Does someone have a list of the SQL rights required by MDM when the SQL DBs is remote?
